In Session 1: Episode 10, David Wilcock and Corey Goode discussed the importance of the Pineal Gland which is the source of neuro-melanin. Egyptian pharoahs wore two snakes on their crowns to show that they were enlightened. The snakes represented the energy that rises through the spine and ignites in the Pineal Gland. "Melaninated people" are people who have melanin in the skin -- giving them various shades of color. However, everyone has some degree of neuromelanin.
The concept of the two "snakes" of energy rising through the spine to the crown chakra is depicted in the caduceus, the symbol of Western medicine. However, its vital significance for consciousness is never explained!
Amazon says about the book Dark Light Consciousness: Melanin, Serpent Power, and the Luminous Matrix of Reality by Edward Bruce Bynum, Ph.D.,

"Within each of us lies the potential to activate a personal connection to the superconscious. Called “Ureaus” in ancient Egyptian texts and “Kundalini” in ancient Hindu yoga traditions, our innate serpent power of spiritual transcendence inhabits the base of the spine in its dormant state. When awakened, it unfurls along the spinal column to the brain, connecting individual consciousness to the consciousness of the universe enfolded within the dark matter of space. At the root of creativity and spiritual genius across innumerable cultures and civilizations, this intelligent force reveals portals that enfold time, space, and the luminous matrix of reality itself.
Combining physics, neuroscience, and biochemistry with ancient traditions from Africa and India, Edward Bruce Bynum, Ph.D., explores the ancient Egyptian science of the Ureaus and reveals how it is intimately connected to dark matter and to melanin, a light-sensitive, energy-conducting substance found in the brain, nervous system, and organs of all higher life-forms. He explains how the dark light of melanin serves as the biochemical infrastructure for the subtle energy body, just as dark matter, together with gravity, holds the galaxies and constellations together."
DVD: Healing America and the World
We are going through a profound, quiet revolution now. As Gil Scott Heron told us, "The revolution will not be televised!" The Democracy Now show below first interviews Professor Craig Steven Wilder of MIT, author of Ebony and Ivy: Race, Slavery, and the Troubled History of America's Universities. They are later joined by filmmaker Katrina Browne.
Katrina created the film "Traces of the Trade" when she discovered that her family, the DeWolfes of Connecticut, had been the largest slave-holding family in America. They brought over 10,000 people from Africa -- who now have about 500,000 descendants! Katrina says: "I was shocked again when I realized that instead of being the exception, the DeWolfe family was just the tip of the iceberg of the vast complicity to slavery in New England."
The Traces of the Trade DVD is available for $25. This growing shift toward truth and reconciliation is a move now toward the principles that kept ancient Egypt the light of the world for thousands of years. Egypt was founded on The Principles of Ma'at (represented by Ma'at Goddess of Truth) which led to enlightenment for individuals and the society. Western culture is the only major civilization that has not seen Enlightenment as the goal. Enlightenment requires truth.
As we raise our consciousness now to prepare for the Solar Flash in 2027-2028 and to take our seat for the first time on the Super Federation Council, these healing leaders are clearing the path for a new age as we leave the Dark Age / Material Age of Kali Yuga and enter the Energy Age / Mental Age of Dwapara Yuga.
Democracy Now Show

In the video below, Democracy Now first interviews Professor Wilder. Katrina Browne joins later. Katrina and nine of her cousins went to Ghana to trace the slave trade! She explains that Rhode Island was the leading slave-trading state in the nation! Katrina is REALLY re-writing the image of the North -- the "deep North" as her film calls it!
Professor Wilder points out that Americans seem willing and able to embrace these historical truths now.
