National Day of Transformation
Basic Call to Consciousness
The American Dream is becoming a nightmare for all life Earth -- especially as the BRICS nations adopt the globalist model of endless growth on a finite planet. The Pachamama Alliance seminar/DVD "Change the Dream" and "Awaken the Dreamer" strive to create a mass shift in consciousness by the end of 2014.
When the first delegation of indigenous people spoke at the United Nations in 1977, they issued a Basic Call to Consciousness. Chief Oren Lyons, Faithkeeper of the Onondaga Nation of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy gave the address. When he spoke on behalf of the world's indigenous peoples, he reminded the UN delegates that other species also need representation. He said:

"I do not see a delegation for the Four Footed. I see no seat for the Eagles. We forget and we consider ourselves superior. But we are after all a mere part of Creation. And we must consider to understand where we are. And we stand somewhere between the mountain and the Ant. Somewhere and only there as part and parcel of the creation."
How we in the larger society regard indigenous peoples — who have an ongoing relationship with the living earth — will determine our ability to survive. The world owes a great debt to the Onondaga Nation for their clear, unwavering efforts over many years on behalf of the life of Planet Earth.

Chief Lyons has warned, "What happens to the bear will happen to us -- and what happens to us will happen to you".
